The process begins with a Website Questionnaire, where we’ll learn more about you, your business and customers. You will then share other websites that you like the look and feel of along with any colors, fonts or overall design directions you have.
We will then create a fully custom scrollable website design based on your specifications. From the beginning of the project you’ll be able to take the design in any direction you would like. You will several rounds of revision to get the design exactly as you need.
Search Engine Optimization
We provide Search Engine Optimization as part of our web development packages. This means getting your site to rank on Google to get free traffic for your business. Many other companies like to talk about SEO (Search Engine Optimization) but we actually know what it takes for Google to recognize your company and rank it well. Here is what we will do for you as part of any of our website packages:
- Identify the keywords you should be able to rank for
- Provide a detailed spreadsheet of the keywords, title tags and meta descriptions for each page of the site
- Properly structure and tag your site to rank for the recommended keywords
- Configure your site with the Yoast SEO plugin (this includes setting up the backbone of SEO throughout your site).
- Submit your site to all of the search engines (Google, Bing, etc)
- Setup and submit an XML sitemap of your website
Project Management
We strongly believe Communication is key to building a top quality website that our client loves. Once the project is started you will have a dedicated project manager that will work with you one-on-one until it is complete. The communication can take place via email, zoom, phone discussions, or even text.
Another reason project management is important for ZenTek is because always want you to know exactly where in the process your new website is. You should never have to ask or question where we are at; instead you will have 100% transparency throughout the entire website design process.
Free Professional Training
Once the project is finished. We turn it 100% over to you and we provide documentation that covers changing several aspects of the website. This is something that anyone in your organization would be able to do; as changing a website is no different in difficulty than editing a word document or updating your social media.
We always build our website with this ease in future editing in mind. We want you to be able to do anything to your site in the future on your own terms. We also offer our own updating services if you would prefer us to edit your website content / images / etc in the future.
